Qualified Yoga Breathwork & Life Coach

Hi, I’m Alison – a breathwork coach, life coach, nurse, and mum to two gorgeous (and very energetic!) little ones.
 

I’ve been a nurse for over 11 years, working with people from all walks of life in all kinds of settings. I first came across breathwork through yoga – and honestly, it was always the bit at the end I loved most. The part where you finally lie down, breathe, and just be. That’s where the magic started for me.
 

Since then, I’ve focused on yoga breathwork – simple, accessible techniques that make a real difference to how we feel day-to-day. No deep dives into complex practices, just clear, practical tools that help calm your mind, support your nervous system, and bring you back to yourself – even on the busiest days.
 

Alongside breathwork, I also offer life coaching. This work is deeply personal to me, because I’ve lived the experience of burnout, imbalance, and feeling completely disconnected from myself. Coaching helped me rediscover what matters, build confidence, and find clarity – and now I help others do the same.

My approach is compassionate, honest, and rooted in real-life experience, not perfection.
 

Now, I combine everything I’ve learned – in healthcare, in coaching, and through my own journey – to support others in finding calm, balance and breathing space. I’m a certified breathwork coach with YogaBody and an accredited life coach, and I specialise in practical, down-to-earth support that helps you feel more like you again.
